I got a non-oem replacement battery for LP-E4 (D Mk III/Ds Mk III) that for some reason needs to be pressed onto the charger to charge it. Maybe its my charger, maybe its the battery. I never even put it on the camera, but since its a trouble to charge, I'll just give it out if someone wants it. First PM gets it, just send me $6 for shipping.
Y'all, I present my deepest apologies to four or five of you. The last 2-3 weeks in Phoenix were absolutely murder, and I still didn't get everything done in time before I left... it's amazing what it takes to prepare for a 3-month trip on 2 suitcases per person.
All the things I offered in this thread in the last few weeks (1GB CF card, 2 x 512MB RAM from a Macbook, 1 x 512MB RAM from a Thinkpad, and some other stuff) are still at my house in Phoenix. The bad news is, they did not get mailed, and cannot now be mailed until early April. The good news is, they all had names and labels on 'em and I'll know who gets what when I get back. Hopefully by then they're still of some use to those who asked for them. I will also post here again when I get back, to see if people still want those things and to offer more stuff.

It was free stuff in the first place, what's there to be let down about IMHO? This is a zany, fun-filled thread and that's the real freebie which everyone has enjoyed so far. Just the happy vibes in here makes me all warm and fuzzy inside.
I have some small alcohol wipes to offer up. I use them for cleaning LCD screens, filters, etc. to save my high dollar cleaning fluids for lens elements and sensors.

Alright, in the spirit of good 'Karma' ...I have one new Canon lanyard (the kind you wear around your neck with the little clip 'thingy' for a press-pass or ID. We had one left-over at our photo-club so it's free to a needy Canonite (I'll pay shipping).
