512MB of Mushkin RAM for notebooks. I think it's a 200-pin SODIMM. In either case, it came with my Lenovo Thinkpad T60 (type 2623-D6U), so using the memory configuration tool at www.crucial.com or looking in the Support section of Lenovo's site should tell you if it fits your machine.
