Well turns out the new young photographer I was trying to help and gave cards to, who ended in buying a new card for his very old Kodak digital, found out it has died a natural death. So while I don't like asking, and have never done this, am going to ask if there is anyone out there with ANY digital, of ANY vintage, ANY make, that he could have donated. He is not fussy at all. He just wants to start shooting and I don't happen to have an extra one at the moment. I've given my last two away.
wow! I think this thread is AWESOME!!!! People are soo generous here. Hundreds of dollars have been given away already on this thread! You people are so generous! If there was anything i didn't need id give it away, but i just bought my XTi a few months ago, and dont have anything else. Now....if anyone has a 70-200 L they don't need, id be happy to take it!!!! Just kiddin, now that would never happen. I rellay admire the people here who are so generous!

I've got a single-element 55mm Hoya +4 diopter. Anybody need one? If so, say the word, and I'll drop it in the mail. I may have a 52mm-55mm step up ring to make it work with more Nikkors.
On the off chance that anyone has one, I need some kind of cheap throwaway 77mm filter with decent threads.I've got a lens with finicky threads, so I want to take the glass out of a filter and semi-permanently leave it on the lens. Anything oughta work -- so if someone has a now obsolete color temperature filter or something, I'd be most obliged!

smiert spionam,
i'll take the hoya + adaptor is still available. thanks.
Sent PM as well.
It's pretty scratched and dinged up, but serves its purpose. I've had it lying around for awhile, but perchance someone could actually use it. CONUS only.

Not exactly photo related, but I have a copy of Nero OEM suite for copying to cds or dvds. First person to email me with their mailing address gets it for free.

I have a NIB B+W Schneider Proline 58mm Linear Polarizer. If anyone still shoots film, this is a top of the line polarizer that still has the $64.95 price tag on it. It's yours for the cost of Priority Mail shipping.
