That is a beautiful image Nick! Please don't cork off before we have had a little time to hang out together. As far as retirement, I just can't envision it when I have got this running so smoothly, but I do plan on doing more of what I've done lately, just chuck it and head out when it feels like the right thing to do. Sheila and I have our 50th wedding anniversary coming up in a year and a half, I believe that calls for a a pretty extended get away to somewhere neat. Just my little trip to be with Gracie when she asked me to meet up with her was a real treat and not something that I usually allow myself. We had a wonderful time together and we're going to do more of that. She wants to go back to Crystal River this winter and dive with the Manatee when they come in from the Gulf, another reason I'm researching underwater cases.
'Bout time you surfaced! Are you home safe and sound? I was thinking The Blues would probably be your wingmen on the trip home! We need to start strategizing for Alliance, I'm going to call Beth this week and begin to form a plan.
Glad you had a great time up north!
I should let this sit just to make sure Anwar is back up to 110%

There's something about that inverted Patty Wagstaff image that takes the cake for me Glenn!
thanks! I've never flown close inverted formation with anybody but Rob. As it turns out, he isnt the only one who can do it! she was amazing to work with and really cool.
Glenn, your work is always a highlight! I was late to an earlier salvo, but you had a shot a few weeks ago with a couple of Extras (I think) and two Blues stacked that just dropped my jaw to the floor.
Anyway, the two L-39's are an unusual shot for you - they are out the left side. You must not have been in the Bonanza?
Oh yeah, Patty is incredible in any attitude. I watched her perform a breathtaking routine in a Red Tail, then hop into her Extra and do one that should have had a symphony as a backdrop. She's, well she's Patty.
Can't really compete with Glenn's stuff, but oh well...my airshow weekend continued...I had an Air 2 Air all lined up, but it ended up becoming too complicated (read expensive) and the people that were paying the bills (the airshow) backed out.
Doesn't get much more "Canadian Airshow" than this:

Hey Mark:
Thanks buddy! I was getting bored with only right wing photos so I got a custom window installed in the left side that I could open to shoot through. It also comes in really handy for quick enroute rejoins like that one -- we departed oshkosh with the L39s, shot a few pics on the way out and then bugged home and they rtb'd to OSH.
Glenn, it's been a real pleasure seeing your work developing .... err no - exploding! Thank you so much for letting us all enjoy the fruits of you labours.
How many souls on this earth can say they have had their photo taken inverted air to air with the great Glenn Watson? Glenn, you put me in great company! Makes me proud to have this...my favorite!
