The R5 AF tracking was dead on in that low light. I shot a burst of 100 shots during the take off sequence and not one single frame was out of focus. ISO was high and shutter speed was 1/80th, but just a few years ago that sequence would have been pretty unlikely.
I'm glad the last gasp at Alliance was well attended. I skipped it, planned on going to the Reklaw fly-in but skipped that at the last minute...family takes precedence of course.
I'm already hearing rumors of a return of airshows to NASJRB Fort Worth... hopefully the 5th largest market in the country will not be without an airshow!
Plus we had just returned from another week in the mountains.
The Aspen trees were in full color!
Gotta find a way to spend more time in the Sangre de Cristos!
My bride took off on a walk with the camera and came back with shots like these... she has an eye for detail!

I have shot a lot of fall foliage on the east coast, never been to Colorado for the aspen trees, sensational colors, Zane!
