Try the opening comment Laura. Not hard to discern what thread Jon was talking about. Actually a shame, I always liked Jon, the nuclear situation between he and Rodolfo just had to be addressed and it fell on me to to do it. Wish it had ended better, but I wish a lot of things...............
I might be slightly biased, but the "inner circle" at MA2A, in my opinion, includes every single person who has joined us over the years, one post to a hundred. That was a cheap shot from a guy who was a big part of our beginnings and a valued friend to boot.
Sorry Anwar Also sorry that I have not returned your phone call from weeks ago.........actually, from the tone of your voice I'm thinking I'm in line for a butt chewing in Arabic so I may hold out a little longer.
FYI, in anticipation of the two Canon R5's they tell me are coming my way soon, I'm going to part with two new, never used, in the box Sony lenses. Prior to the R5 I was planning on going mirrorless with Sony, but that would make no sense at all at this point. The two lenses are the Sony 70-200/2.8 GM and the Sony 16-35 GM, both incredible pieces of glass for which I now have no earthly use. I initially bought these lenses for my Sony FS/7, mounted the 70-200 once to test it against the Zeiss 70-200/2.8 Cinema lens (the test showed the quality was indistinguishable), the 16-35 has never been out of the box. They are both headed for Buy & Sell in a few days if none of the family has need of them.

From the way you said it, it sounded like it was in the STORY, not a thread on FM.
That Aviation, Automobiles, and Art thread had its last post about two months ago.

Thanks, its a pretty aircraft in wheels down mode for sure. TBH I wasn't sure what it was when I shot it, thought it might be a Gulfstream. Luckily the registration number set me right.
