Here's a little nostalgia. I've buying original negatives off of Ebay.
Mostly WWII vintage. Here are two that I like for the personal look
This first one is probably a crew chief & an A/C maint guy in front of a B-17
This second one, I need a little help with. I don't "know" the aircraft. Looked like a P-47 cockpit,
But can't find a match in any searches. So I rely on you aircraft aficionados for this!

We had many discussions pro/con an expensive trip. When it came down to it, making 10 grand looked better than spending 10 grand. We had a nice relaxing trip around the assignment and we've got a little cash for a couple of side trips over the next year. Anyway, we've always wanted to see Troy in June.........................

Yup, he was searching for attractions and places to go, as I remember, several months ago. If I am not mistaken, for their wedding anniversary.
Wrapped up a two day assignment in the hills west of Austin. First income producing work for the Inspire 2 and having drone capability allowed me to capture perspectives that would have been impossible or at least extremely difficult and expensive by any other means. Thanks again to our Buddy Mike Brewington for pushing me over the edge....................
Yesterday was crazy cool ! This beautiful Red-Tailed Hawk smashed through our back screened in porch with a chipmunk. The hawk got out and we put the chipmunk under a tree. Later the chippie was gone so glad the RTH got this food back.

Just an FYI, that is an Osprey and not a Red Tailed Hawk And that is one very very lucky Chippie if he was gone on his own after that encounter Cool image to have grabbed!
Thanks, Karl but no way is that an osprey. It is a definite Red-Tailed Hawk. To be clear after the hawk got out we placed the chippie under a tree and the RTH came back and got the chipmunk. I was glad it did after going through that wild ordeal. It was an amazing sight to see !
