Looks like I might be involved in some Gulfstream 650 ER record attempts in the near future. Think Lear 35 with a Shotover mounted on the fuselage. Some fun things in the works.
I found this from six days ago, in its own thread but still in City, Street & Architecture. Is that the post you thought went missing?.I would have remembered seeing it as I visit at least twice a day, even if I don't comment, I'm busy hitting likes

Wow!! Just noticed that my post here on MA2A(Dec 8) was removed and replaced on its own post. Did I offend someone with Santa in a Bi-plane and wishing everyone a Happy Holiday

For those near Washington DC, the Andrews AFB‘ s airshow next May will feature both the blue angels and the thunderbirds. I have been to about 40 airshows, never seen them perform at the same show .

Yes it was moved for some unknown reason and Fred will not respond to inquires as to why. If you look on the MA2A thread about this time from 10 years ago you will see the same image unmoved. So why? Only 1 person does.
Thanks..Happy Holidays!
Dan
Dang. Don't know, either, why someone would object to it. I just remember seeing it listed in its own thread last week as I scrolled down the list.

I think that is just some quirk, certainly no one could be offended by that post. Merry Christmas Dan, and I still owe you a Wilson Air Wing T. Sorry for the delay, JR has the box and I've been at a dead run since I opened my eyes on the first day of 2018, no complaints but wow. Things will slow from this point for a few weeks I hope.
Anyone heard anything from Nick? I emailed and PM'd him over the past month but haven't heard a thing. He was dealing with some health issues, sure hope he and Thea are doing ok.
Larry Grace and I have been talking quite a bit while he was at ICAS and following it. Looks like the 2019 airshow season should be interesting. We're planning some cool mini symposiums for 2019 as well, kind of like AFW and El Centro, but at new locations. Those have worked really well and give members a chance to attend events that are more local to them and in a smaller environment. Larry continues to build valuable relationships with both military and civilian groups which will really help ISAP in it's mission. Should be some great opportunities in the coming years.

Well young Sir. I was just about to check in – for the first time in months – and there I am, name in lights! I’m very happy to say that I’m getting better, thank you. Long story short, I got passed on to a new consultant, rather in the manner of a grenade with the pin half out. So no more colonoscopies, or iron tablets, and no surgery since they are not keen on that option at the moment. About a month since, I had an iron infusion. It was quick and easy and the follow up blood test showed encouraging results. Recovery is about 3 to 6 weeks (ish) from the infusion. I’m feeling better, and hope to continue with the improvement. Ongoing management is likely to be regular tests with top-ups as required.
Enough of me. I see that you’ve been having way too much fun. You’ve now evolved into a data centre and film studio, with a photography business attached. Thea and I loved the pic of JW III taking a check ride around the Christmas tree!
Glad to hear you are doing well, old thing Rock on! Glad the colonoscopies have stopped for you.
