Yeah, women have to be a bit more careful in real life, and on the internet. I didn't go digging into the threads there, just googled the acronym, saw some of the threads that popped up in the search, and left it at that. Got enough drama in my life as it is

All of LTUP isn't like that, it's just some of the threads within LTUP. I suspect that some of the people posting there are actually looking to argue with someone behind the anonymity, and safety of the keyboard.
You will notice that my screenname here (and on R/C Groups) is basically my name, or initials and last name. That, the "WWJD" philosophy, and my issues putting my thoughts in written form have served me well when responding to some posts on the internet. It's much easier to fly off the handle and be obnoxious, when no one knows who (or where) you are....Show more →
I think I may have created a monster. I texted Chandler these DFW images this evening with a short text about getting a little wet in the process. His response was, "Part of getting the shot...............". He's going to have to drop and give me fifty when we get on the ramp at AFW

Yup, they are here. Seeing if I'm working today or not, if not, I may go sit up on the hill.
We have some here in Houston as well. 4 Tyndall T-38's and 12 Pensacola T-45's. We used to get all the Tyndall drone F-4's during hurricane evac, so I was hoping for a bit more interesting stuff this time. Still cool to see an entire squadron's worth of T-45's parked together.
They just upgraded that monster to a Category 4 this morning. They say that area has never seen a storm this strong, so I hope people are listening to the warnings and leaving town. Tyndall is right on the coast, and nearly the bullseye of the projected track. After seeing what I saw in Rockport with Hurricane Harvey, there is zero chance of getting me to stay for one if I lived right on the water.
All the planes boogied out of here yesterday while I had a full day of work finally. So I never got to see them
