Hi Erich, I did do a little different treatment on most of my AFW 2017 images. The watermark layer is the same though, it's the post processing treatment.
The Cub went in for an annual a couple of weeks ago and I flew back over to check on it early this week. 7PC is sporting new Tundra Tires and they are starting in on a new panel that will include a Garmin 3X system. Install for that will most likely be this winter because it's a pretty major mod.
I haven't been idle during my absence, finally decided to bring the stabilizer unit I have been designing in my mind and on paper into realty. About a month of setting up and machining components, followed by a day of heliarcing and assembly and it's looking pretty good. My "Sharpshooter" cinema rig is ready for a couple of shakedown flights and then it goes off for Ceracoating. The firearm aficionados in our group will recognize that process as it is often used in coating custom made guns and firearm components. Extremely durable and just flat out cool looking, Ceracoating is much more durable than powder coating. The unit will be coated in "Cobalt" which is a shade darker than the coating on a Raptor.
When I assembled it for the first time with my Sony FS/7 and dual Kenyon 8x8 three axis stabilizers attached, it balanced perfectly, and the gyros weren't even spooled up. I have a feeling that this rig is going to do it's job in spades.
Pretty impressive setup Jim. Is there a possibilty you are losing some gyro action with the length of the drop arm? During your absense, I figured you were shopping for a bigger drone🤑🤑. Glad you are back.
"Excessive air speed coupled with landing too far down a wet runway caused a Thunderbird F-16 fighter jet to leave the airstrip and flip over at Dayton International Airport on the day before the Vectren Dayton Air Show last June, an Air Force accident investigation concluded."
"An accident investigation board also concluded that rain on a canopy windscreen contributed to the accident, along with not following proper braking procedures during the landing, the report said."

So stating that that woulden't be good for a further career in the air force?

Wow, hope you get it sorted soon. My brother ended up using a CPAP machine for quite a long while until they figured out what was going on. Amazing what simply being properly rested in the morning did for his energy levels.

Thanks Erich. Yup, I have the sleep machine too, and what a difference it makes! They issued me with the full on Darth Vader, limited edition, signature model.

Sorry to hear that Nick. It's amazing how little variance in the levels it takes to really put yourself out of whack.
Something flying, but it's mud, hair, and mane, rather than aircraft...
Thanks Laura. In retrospect, I think that the main reason why this has taken so long to get a grip of is that all the various conditions have very similar symptoms. Accordingly, you have to fix all of them before you get any real solid improvement.
