Got this one summer before last. This is the storm that killed power for over 100,000 people. This tree is right outside my balcony. Luckily, the brick wall blocked the 90MPH winds. I didn't get power for over 12 hours. I was lucky--some folks went 3 days without power.

I think even if the camera had been ruined by the water it would have been worth it to get that shot! What great and fortunate timing to capture that.
