I was sure you were kidding asking about tge fly shot.
In case you are then this is for the benefit of people who don't know. Its a hover fly. They can stay perfectly still in the air except for their wings of course.

Of course that is how I made to take the picture of my dog when it jumps over
but it is not so easy to succeed anyway ... He had good speed in the jump
Two big macro's using my Non-AI 55mm f/3.5 @ f/8 with two M2 extension tubes (55mm) on my D7000. Magnification is 1.5:1 and 2:1. I took these completely blind (it was dusk, couldn't see anything in Live View) with my restored speedlight.
