A few from today. These bees/wasps are super fast. The don't move like normal bees. I could only describe their movements as "precise" . Seemingly they move in sharp right angle directions and stop like they are fitted with ABS brakes. Amazing these insects - they remind me of the old dot printers since that's how they move. Tracking these insects is almost impossible. All these shots, I haven't put my eye on the viewfinder , what I did is remembered the focus distance and just pointed the lens infront of the insects, since their whopping speed makes viewfinders pointless... Out of around 500 frames or more, I only had 20-30 usable shots.
No photoshopping, no cropping. All loaded on NX2.

Your best bet if starting out is learn everything you possibly can about composition. If you can compose really well, everything else after that is minor. A little effort must be put in for getting exposure correct but you can leave that up to the camera in most cases. (You can use exposure to help with composition but one thing at a time is a good methodology to start with....)
