Some from yesterday. All were taken with a Nikon D1X. No photoshopping, no cropping, just loaded to NX2. I wasn't able to shoot wide angle on the trains due to security, since I haven't got the safety reflective vest, even tho my leather jacket has a massive bright rectangular orange stipe on it, that goes from front to back.
Triffic stuff Rey
There are those of us who take photographs and then there are the likes of you who are photographers
For those who dont live in the Southern Hemisphere I should point out that the reason there are not any people to be seen in these shots is that those not at the game would have been inside watching the telly.
NZ v South Africa in the Rugby. (All is well in the world. NZ won by a country mile)

Hell DJ,
Not just the last page mate, this one is awesome too
My comment to Rey (^) about him being a photographer also applies to Peter, and Gary and James and Zaitz and..............
We are certainly blessed with talent over here with Fred

Looks great as I mentioned before. The one tree photos are tough to find! Perhaps that is why they are a popular subject. I spent too much time trying to find one last winter....
Tim: I already knew ABs will win, so I headed out cruising on my bike all day . AB and OZ will be an interesting match as always .
runamuck: At least it's not a microwave tower . It's not the height I'm worried about, it's the transmitters themselves, even tho they are directional.
About being a photographer, imo, everyone here takes great photos. Taking photos is not just an art but a preservation of the past and will always be.
Nice pics Tim - this looks like a wonderful place to live! And one can still see that your aunt must have been very pretty when she was young. She still looks healthy and young for her age. I'm duly impressed that she still rides at her age!
