That was with 16-85, that crop was on purpose to show the detail work of the wood, as well the group of people walking around. Plus the crap left around by the construction crew. It was dedicated over two weeks ago and they still had crates and pallets laying everywhere.
Here's a image with the morning sun hitting it just as it came over the trees. It's cropped just under the base because of the crates and pallets.
