I shoot with a D3s normally, but just to try it out I took my wife's D3100 with me to the track yesterday...this isn't so much to say that this is an amazing shot...but I was just impressed with how good it turned out from one of the cheapest DSLRS on the market...mind you it was still mounted to the 300mm 2.8...lol
Just came back from Yosemite... it rained (and snowed!) all day. My gear got super soaked but kept working. I only got a few decent snapshots. And by 'few' I mean less than 10. Here's one @ lower Yosemite falls:
