You can try focus stacking using Enfuse (provided you are using Lightroom).
Hmmm, I searched on Efuse, sounds interesting...but, I try to avoid any program that will affect the purity coming from my NX2 . I feed the Tiffs straight to PS CS3 and blend it there. Imo, PS gives me more flexibility. I can control multiple layers and adjust tone, check my trims and masking - then disable them whenever I want, individually... total freedom and all these, whilst keeping that purity that NX2 can only deliver.
My recent image that I submitted here doesn't have any tone adjustments either on NX2 or on PS, they are as they are, except I removed parts that have excessive highlights and replaced it with a perfectly exposed portion of a duplicate shot. I'm not sure with Enfuse but I have noticed on some stitching programs and somehow it changes the tone of the overall output and I don't want that.
I also don't think Enfuse can compensate for distorted images, especially if the tripod moved or shutter vibration (yes it matters in macro frequently ). In PS, I can adjust distortion or perspective or scale at ease, even when layered. Still, I should give Enfuse a try. I'll see how I go along with it.

Just want to give a big-ups to everybody who posts in this thread. It's a nice respite from the gear-posts, and in my opinion really separates the photographers who are either proud of their work or not shy to post their work aside from talk about the next lens they may be purchasing (or both).
Brought the camera and tripod for tonights walk with the dog. This was shot in a park very close to where I live. The flowers on the trees caught my eyes earlier today, but then I didn't have my camera with me. Might go back in the morning to shoot them in daylight too..
