...and another one from my so called "futuristic" concept collection:
Twin Towers A.D. 5026
Inspired by the 9/11 anniversary back in 2006...
Intergalactic Warhead A.D. 5026
Inspired by the ongoing Iraq war back in 2006...
Both images were shot on my D1, my Nikkor 35mm f2 nonAi, ext. tubes, Metz 32CT4 and my ReyGay Flash Diffuser. Both were rendered on Nikon Capture 4 and there were no cropping & PS manipulations, just dust bunny cleaning .

actually that image, and the one of the white van with the man walking are both double exposures.... shot with my F5 and fuji Neopan 400, most were taken with 50mm 1.8, but I believe the one of the bearded guy double exposed with the two girls was shot with my 28-70 3.5-4.5.
I post this one with a big gulp. My heart truly belongs on the landscape forum (for one thing, landscapes generally don't whiz by at 80 mph!). However, I had the opportunity recently to shoot a motorcycle race, and I was amazed that I managed to get some usable photos. My first thought when I sneaked a peek at the LCD? "There are motorcycles in these pictures--whole ones!"
I'll share one shot. Since I've only shot with the D200 for about a week I have few to choose from. I enjoy this simply for the play with depth of field. It was shot with the Sigma 30 wide open at f/1.4.
