One from this evening. This is the first in-camera 'Image Overlay' that I have done with any seriousness and success, I might add.
I took both shots from exactly the same spot and within minutes of each other. They were about 10 degrees on an arc away from each other and the very same light. The exposures are not the same, as I underexposed the moon a bit for saturation and clarity. I'm quite pleased with the results. I had to straighten the frame in CS3 and do a little pp, but it is pretty much the way I saw it.
Both shots were taken with the D2x and a Nikkor 500 f4 with a 1.7x braced on the hood of my Tahoe.
