Pffft. Just one. Taken using a Nikon D1X, Nikkor 24mm f/2.8 Ais and a Heliopan Linear Polarizer. No post processing, no cropping. Image loaded straight to NX2 and converted to Tiff.
Valentine's Day Cards my son gave to this classmates. We had a fun time taking the photos, and my wife and I had an even better time coming up with the names. Nikon D700 with Sigma 50mm f1.4.
Here's a few from yesterday at Wisley. All shot with D300 and Sigma 50mm macro - loving this lens it's razor sharp at anything but infinity focus, which is perfect for my needs of it.
My sister and I decided to go to the Acropolis Museum today. I'm not normally a big museum fan, and I didn't spend hours reading all decriptions of the items, but I'd seen the structure from the outside before, and thought well, I'm gonna have to go in and see this museum eventually. It was only 5 euros, and overall it was pretty impressive. They don't allow photography in the museum (probably because of the whole 'no flash policy' and nobody ever obeying it in other museums), but I saw peope taking photos of each other on the top level, facing outwards towards the Parthenon, so I decided to grab a few shots as well. Not quite facing the outside, but I figured there wasn't much of a difference. It's not like you can see anything of the museum in the background anyway. My sister had asked the security guard if we could take a few shots like everyone else was doing. After a few shots, that weren't really anything like everyone else was doing, he thought there was a difference, and decided to crash the party. Oh well. Plenty of window light
One of my most artistic shot of birds using a Telephoto Nikon AF-S 300mmG ED-IF VR and a teleconverter TC-17EII on Nikon D300s body. Taken in freezing cold of winter under snow in Ukraine!
