Some absolutely stunning images. My addition, to this wonderful series, was found on the north shore of a small islet located among the many mangrove islands near Everglades City, Fl.
Wow, it's hard to absorb all of the increadible images in this thread, or to find an image of my own worth submitting, but I enjoyed getting out early one Sunday morning a few months ago while wife and two year old son were still asleep (a lucky occurance since he is usually wide awake at ~5AM).
Some absolutely stunning images have been posted.
Although this doesn't come even remotely close esthetically to the other posts, this is one of my favorites since it shows my kids and their cousins playing flag football last week amidst some scenery in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Mid October. Garden of the Gods, Colorado Springs, CO. I've cropped the little Cottonwood leave out of the bottom right for printing. 2006 was a busy year that left little time for landscape photography, so this is unfortunately the best I can muster.
