I've had a gallery in hosting here for a little over a year now, and don't browse the forums much due to lack of time ( I can quite easily get stuck for hours here).
This thread seemed like an irresistable opportunity to start uploading some stuff. There is some truly amazing, and humbling, work here. Really inspiring for a beginner like myself.

Wbrad, these are remarkable. I don't know if you're open to a suggestion, but if you are when you post your images could you downsize them just a bit? Making the largest dimension 650 px?
Thanks Jamie, Giancarlo and John. No's 2, 3 and 4 where shot with the 10-22, No 1 was taken with the old 18-55. I'd love a 5D and a bag of L's... maybe one day...

probably not a landscape, but it was within a landscape... it is my favorite. Mount Washington, NH -20 degrees F, 100 mph winds. taken with an old digital point and shoot.
