What a graceful aerial ballet! Lost of posturing, no bloodshed. Yet? Amazing capture.
Trying to figure out where your camera was in relation to the birds - under? Side? Or somewhere in between?
We once stayed in a house that had a hummingbird feeder. It was a shock to the system to discover that such cute tiny birds could be so aggressive and territorial.

Amazing work! I have a humming bird feeder on my balcony and I see them having dispute fairly often -- one will simply perch on a nearby branch and go at any other humming bird dare to come near, but capturing it like you did is on another level!
