Cool, all you needed was a little support from the Nikon Brickhead.
Ok, I have one more comment/question.
Do you understand that your resorting to increasing insults and personal attacks in your posts underscores the weaknesses in whatever points you're trying to make?

That's his pattern. I've often wondered why he seems so mad at the world that he needs to personally insult people in virtually every thread he joins. (I'm also surprised that FM lets him continue to do it. It drags down discussion in the community at large.)
Using Hide Me is indeed a good plan. *

*He'll no doubt, if true to form, reply with an insult or two, but I want to share how I use the "hide me" feature. The feature is simply a reminder to me to rarely reply to such folks. I still often click the "show" link and see what is causing the latest brouhaha, but having to do that to see the post is a reminder that replying should be a very infrequent thing. Try it. It makes these threads a lot more pleasant.
There are only two problems. First, you won't see replies in which others quote the offender — you'll actually have to temporarily unhide them to see the replies. (The process is a reminder, right?0 Second, sometimes, when the offender repeatedly posts and dominates a thread, you'll end up with almost every post on the page hidden. Like in this thread. ;-)
