This is definitely not normal. I'd reach out to LLL's support team about it.

Yeah, that seems quite wrong. Mine went from Gardena to the Memphis FedEx hub to me in Michigan. It definitely should not say that it was delivered if you don’t have it. Hope it gets resolved quickly for you.

I have had that happen to me-
The Overseas shipment was delivered but not the US portion- My guess is it was part of a larger shipment and yours will be pulled from that.
LLL got back to me about it and gave me a new Fed Ex tracking #. It's currently saying label created, shipping from Carson, CA. I hope it ships today. Good thing I saw on this forum that people were receiving their orders as I had not gotten a shipping email from LLL and only noticed it said delivered when I checked my order status.
