Yes! I noticed that, too But my OCD is not sufficient for this, apparently. When I take the family portrait, every few years, now that's a different story.

My LrC 15.4.1 is using the Camera Settings profile. Is this not good enough?
It's alright, although I like Adobe's presets better than Canon's. My workflow always has the profile set to Adobe as first step...
Also, just curious: did you crop these to 16:9 (or similar) in LR, or in camera? It wasn't a problem to quickly clear the crop.
... and to delete the crop I have all my cameras set to show 16:9 crop marks, but there's no option to have it only as capture guides and not also saved as metadata. So my 2nd step in my import workflow is to clear the crop settings. My output medium is 16:9 (aka screen) so I like to visualize the image as such, forcing myself to give the frame a bit vertical breathing room.

For those who want to see my not-so-scientific comparison to the 24-70/2.8 and 14-35L, I have a number of raw files that you can import ...
Thanks for the samples. They confirm my own impressions.
Until now, I always had to carry the RF 14-35 f4 along with the RF 24-105 f4, since 24mm is my standard wide-angle focal length and I often need a slightly shorter focal length as well.
The 20mm on the 20-50 is only marginally worse than on the very, very good 14-35.
I’ve already parted ways with the RF 24-105 f/4, and I don’t miss its so-so performance (compared to other L-series zooms).
In the future, as a complement to the RF 70-200 Z or another telephoto zoom, I’ll probably carry the 20-50 more often than the 14-35. However, 14-35 is still a keeper when it comes to landscapes.
I can recommend the RF 20-50mm f4 L IS USM PZ to any RF camera user.

The latest LR/ACR update includes lens corrections for the 20-50.
Good to know. I'm still on 15.3 because 15.4 had a gratuitous db upgrade with no user benefit, so I'm staying behind until there's actually something worth upgrading.

The benefit is ANE integration with AI processes such as Denoise, which has cut that process duration in half, or more, on my systems. But given you're using DXO for AI NR, I can appreciate your position.
