Curious, anyone ordered the Ti version on or around Nov 20 got shipment yet?
I haven't heard anything
I'm still waiting for mine to be shipped as well. David with LLL did confirm that my copy will be ready to be shipped first or second week of this month. Hope to get yours coming soon too.
when did you order? I thought the Ti versions were shipping Dec 1? I ordered the chrome Dec 13th as I was too late to get the ti, and they say Jan 7th its released, I hope it's not a month delay before it even ships

Last time I heard, Ti version was never shipped on Dec 1.
They aim to ship all the Ti orders by the end of Jan.
Only after then will Chrome starts to ship. So you will probably look at Feb.

To further add clarity, here is an email newsletter I received from LLL on 12/23. Note that I am confident they are pushing forward, delays in production are normal. I have been very happy with the level of communications with David at LLL.
"Due to unforeseen production challenges related to the included accessories, fulfillment of all Titanium Limited Edition orders will extend beyond the end of 2025. We will continue shipping existing pre-orders throughout the holiday period and anticipate completing all remaining deliveries by early January 2026.
The Aluminium Edition remains on its original schedule, with shipments planned to begin in January 2026.
We sincerely apologize for this delay and appreciate your patience and continued support"
My 35 1.4 just arrived (Tucson)- I was not charged any money up front before delivery, surprised, maybe I'll get emailed a bill later- that has happened before with other vendors. I'll give a few days- to be different this is on my my freshly CLAed M4-2 I will shoot film with it after I get some time in with a M11-EV1, It looks good on basic black M4-2 - flat light rain here at the moment, if nature is kind maybe it will clear to a rainbow and I could really score with the lens but prospects do not look good now.

Looks great on your M4. When you get a chance, I would love to see some film shots. I have not had time to run a roll through my copy.
It seems like a lot of you are receiving your Light Lens Lab 35mm f/1.4 Aspherical "11873" Titanium this week. Please share your sample images when you can, so I can add them to the review.
If anyone has the 11873 as well as the FLE, I'd greatly appreciate a one-shot portrait comparison. F/1.4 or f/2, belly up or so, matching adjustments. Thanks much -

Did a quick test of my copy, at 1.4 and near MFD my lens is front focusing about 1 inch in front of my focus point.
I will reach out to David to see if it can be recalibrated.
Looks like I’m not the only one. I contacted David and my replacement is coming later this week
Got my copy today. It's well calibrated, dead on from 0.7m to infinity. My copy actually focuses closer to 0.7m. I did a measurement on my table top with a tripod and ruler. It's about 0.66m. On the lens you can also see it goes past 0.7m engraving. Infinity stops at the infinity mark. Anyone's copy behaves like this?

Check to see if your copy is focusing closer than 0.7m like mine. If that’s the case, when you are rotating the focus tab to the extreme left, it’s actually at about 0.66m.
Most of my lenses behave like this. However they remain calibrated all the way down to about 0.65 as long as the RF patch is moving.

I have had number of native Leica and CV lenses. They pretty much all stop at advertised MFD. I have never had a lens that close focuses this much. I guess it’s always possible.

It's quite normal like that. I have a couple of Leica lenses behaving like this.
By the way, I got a shipping notice last night. Hopefully I can get it soon. I will test it on m11-p safari, and will post some sample pictures later.

I can confirm that focusing closer than 0.7m is very common, especially on digital M bodies. On film cameras, including the latest MP and particularly older Leica M bodies, the rangefinder coupling is more limited, which is likely why manufacturers continue to list 0.7m as the official MFD.
It's interesting you mentioned Cosina lenses. I have tested many of them, and most of mine focus closer than 0.7m on digital bodies. The maximum rangefinder capability on digital Ms is actually about 0.63m.

Here's my collection of Voigtlanders (21/1.4 Nokton, 35/2 Ultron, 35/2 APO-Lanthar, 50 APO-Lanthar, 90 APO-Ultron) at their hard stops varying distances past the marked MFD.
Y'all realize that focusing closer than the MFD on the lens is normal, right? Think of "focus" as a virtual box, bounded by the scale on your lens: note that ƒ-values exist on either side of the critical point of focus (centre). Focusing "closer" than the MFD simply means the lens is on the edge of one end of that "focus" bounding-box.

Very interesting. I need to go back to check all my lenses. Maybe the hard stop goes a little closer to the MFD on some of them. My copy of the LLL, goes past MFD by quite a bit. That's why I noticed it. Also my RF on the M11 is able to focus to that physical hard stop. I'm pretty happy about that. Going from 0.7 to 0.66ish actually makes a difference for this type of lens.

maybe I'll test my 35 SRR and find that despite its stated 1M min focus, it actually focuses to .4M
The steel rim reissue focuses closer to 0.9m. With the mod I did on mine, it goes down to exactly 0.75m. A pre‑ASPH infinity‑lock version I had from Leica focused to 0.86m, even though the barrel officially says 1 m.
