Purchased and received the day it was announced and shipped. There is some slight use on the light seal cushion from wearing it and there is a kink in the cable for the battery (that has no effect) but other than that it's one LIKE NEW condition and includes everything most users would want. Only signs of use are on things that are easily replaceable and one you might need to for it to fit you correctly anyway.

I am intrigued about this product. did apple kept the development of the software/apps for this or was it abandoned as the Newton PPA/handheld device? eitherway it should be a nice collectible.
They've continued to update the OS and the ecosystem of apps has slowly been added to over time from other developers as well, but I don't know much more than that.
