Purchased and received the day it was announced and shipped. There is some slight use on the light seal cushion from wearing it and there is a kink in the cable for the battery (that has no effect) but other than that it's one LIKE NEW condition and includes everything most users would want. Only signs of use are on things that are easily replaceable and one you might need to for it to fit you correctly anyway.
