Price is good and while there aren't a lot of reviews, they seem good.
I bought that exact same iShoot for the 100-500 after the Canon wore out. There are two limitations that may or may not matter to you.
1. The foot is really short and mostly the setup is out of balance. A longer foot is better on a zoom lens to at least partly balance th setup at various focal lengths.
2. The rotational movement is not very smooth. The Canon foot is not so great, but the RF150 is decidedly worse.
If you tend to lock down the tripod and collar for each photo and shoot slowly/deliberately, then neither may affect you. If you want to use the lens in more dynamic situations or on a gimbal/sidekick it will be an extra hassle over the Canon. I use a Kirk LP-71 foot on each Canon 100-500.

Do you know which version of the 3 Legged Thing (model name), you have I had the Small rig for the Canon R5, but the new version of the SmallRig I just received from Amazon, is now built for the R5/R6/R6 II. However, unlike the older version, it covers the entire base of the camera (the older version I had didn't cover the battery compartment.
It had a shorter base. The new version has an opening for the battery compartment, but it's not the right size for the R5.
The old version been discontinued l, but I want to make sure if I order that 3 legged thing it's the right model, and doesn't cover the battery compartment. Don't have the Roxie-C
Anyone know if the R5mk II has the same base as
The R6 mkII and the newer version of the small ring will fit the R5 Mk II - my camera arrives on Wednesday.

I'm using the 3 Legged Thing L-bracket for the original R5 on the Mark II and it works fine. I can't see any areas it would need to be changed.
I have the Kirk lens plate for the 100-500 and I think their replacement foot on the 400, both are very well made and designed, no complaints at all.

I bought L brackets from RRS and Kirk for my Canon gear for years. I got tired of it and decided to go with a more universal L bracket from Three Legged Thing. The nice thing is I can configure for another camera when I need it.

I checked at The Camera Store in Calgary and originally they told me it was an order, but than someone else at the store corrected the first salesperson and said that there is no announcement yet of the actual L-Bracket and that only the cage is being made, which they will be getting.
The small rig bracket for original R5(no longer being made) fits the R5 II fine, but it is hard to find. The current Small Rig bracket that is designed for the R6II, is also listed as fitting the for R5/R6. I ordered that from Amazon.ca, but it dod not fit the R5 mark II.
There are a few stores in Canada that have a few of the original R5 brackets for sale, but none were able to ship in time for my trip to Yellowstone and Tetons, so I ordered the 3 Legged thing Roxie (built for R5), from Amazon and that fits the R5 II fine. Big difference in price though! Still cheaper than RRS and Kirk.

Is SmallRig only making cages for the R5mk II? I don't need a full cage and didn't see an L-bracket in their product list.

I bought the 3 legged thing Roxie that was built for the R5, and that fits the R5 my II fine - it also doesn't cover the vents. It wasn't cheap -$140 CDN, but it's better than spending $160-$200 USD for a Kirk or RRS, and have to pay for shipping and duty on top of that.
I have been buying RRS L brackets for 25 years and the ball head and tripods for over 15 years. But I've also bought Kirk as well, but both RRS and Kirk are a bit of a pain with - everything is always backordered.
I also find that after the ownership change RRS has been more of a pain to deal with.
