I checked at the camera store in Calgary and originally they told me it was an order, but than someone else their corrected them that there is no announcement yet of the actual L-Bracket and that only the cage is being made.
The small rig bracket for original R5(no longer being made) fits the R5 II fine, but it is hard to find. The current smaller bracket that is for that R6II, but is also listed as the current model for R5/R6 that I ordered from Amazon.ca did not fit the mark II. There are a few stores in Canada that have a few of the original R5 brackets for sale, but none could ship in time for my trip to Yellowstone and Tetons, so I ordered the 3 Legged thing Roxie (built for R5), from Amazon and that fits the R5 II fine.
