With heat in the 100's and "air to wear" at 105-115F...Cool and delicious Tom!
I make it all summer and I vary the type of tomatoes, heirloom, gold, colored minis,plums... and spice it up with colored peppers, purple, gold or white onions, colored carrots and some crumbled Jalapeno chips for variety in looks and taste. I may add some V8 juice in also for a more "vegatable taste".
Anyway it is very refreshing and extremely tasty!!!!
