p.1 #1#1134 Hearty soups
I was looking for a recipe in my old book and found a folded-up page from 1998. Santa Fe has a 'Winter Fiesta' of food and this page has the soup recipes (on the back of the page) from most of the "famous chefs" participating in this event.
Thanks so much for looking,
Carol

Very cool find. Wondering if this event is still being hosted?

Yes, I looked into it and it happens in February. Art and Food are ongoing in Santa Fe...they pride themselves in both. So here is a link you might want to check out. https://www.santafe.org/event/art-santa-fe-2024/18004/
This is another event that happens every year. Locals mostly sponsor artists from all over the world.
