Does anyone know of any places online that have Crumpler Brian's Hot Tub bags in stock? I've looked everywhere, including eBay, but can't find anything.

Does anyone have any experience with Billingham bags? I know there's a 225 on page 1 of this thread, and I'm thinking of buying one to use as a bag which I can take to work with my camera in it...

well heres mine... It lays out a couple of differnt ways.... this is how it sits as I'm getting ready to leave now..... I'm coming home... and it will be great.

Optionally I remove the battery pack and put it up top and stick in the 28-300 I have, but I had no need for that this trip, and honestly I wanted to play with my 80-200...

the 1dmkII, and the 28-90 were used to shoot... hence them "missing" the image tank is hooked up to the laptop as I transfer files to home.

The glock isn't attached to the bag... it just happened to be there as I'm getting ready to leave. It's with me always when I travel, or am out with my cameras...

Anybody experience with the gear found on http://www.kinesisgear.com
i´m intrested it getting on of the waist belts with a holster (toploader) for my 10d
( http://www.kinesisgear.com/sugsys35.html )
thing is, i don´t know wich one to take.
Currently i have a lowepro backpack wich carries all of my stuff.
No i need something for only the body and 1 or two lenses.

The belt seems to be more padded then the ons of lowepro.

any thoughts?

I found that a trip to the local Hot Topic and $10 makes the Canon EG-200 look a LOT less like a camera bag, and a lot more like a normal backpack.

I'll post a pic of my "urban camo" when I get home tonight.

Can anyone help me find the best toploader for a Canon 1d 2 camera and up to a 70-200 lens?
Thanks

Lowepro Stealth 300 AW with a Lowepro Len Case 3 (unattached) and a Lowepro Pouch 60 (attached). This is will be my air travel configuration.

My tooting-around-town configuration will likely leave the Lens Case and Pouch 60 behind.

Thanks for the image steve! What happened to your eye piece?

Where your x-drive pro is, could you fit in a 70-200 F4 lens there? Also, is there at least one plastic protective zipper compartment in the front or none at all cause my reporter 100 has one, just wondering if the 300 does.

I took the eye piece off. I wear glasses and the eye piece was getting in the way.

I don't have a 70-200. I have a 80-200/2.8. It does fit in place of the x-drive pro, albeit very snugly with the hood in the reversed position.

There is a protective zipper compartment in the front, but it's only half the length of the bag. You can just barely make out a blue microfiber cloth lying right next to it.

Just took this super quick. I think I might win the "smallest bag" award though.

The Sigma EX case either holds my Sigma EX or my Canon 200mm 2.8L.
The 300d and other lens go in the other space. The small space on the bottom right was for my 50mm f/1.8 which I plan on replacing with something even faster in the future. (and probably wider)

In the top left are the rear caps, my memory cards, and generic memory card reader and my battery charger. All my cables and instructions manuals are to the left.

It's small, but its all I need, and I've even brought it to the front pew of a church (nephews baptism) without getting any strange looks.

Yes, but not very easily. The camera needs to do one and a half somersaults with a twist to get through the top slit. : ) I haven't tried but I think it'll be no problem without a grip.

The top slit is one of the disappointments with the Stealth 300. If only they made the slit about 2 inches longer. The slits on the Stealth 400 and up are long enough to easily pass a pro-sized camera.

Here is my Lowepro Dryzone 200.
You can't really tell it but the storage goes down more than you can see. This set up is about to change once I get a 24-70 just slightly.

If you don't have the grip then it should come out easily I hope . I know on my stealth 100 there's no way I can take out the camera body only (no grip) .

Well, this thread helped me a lot in choosing a bag so figured I would post mine now that I got it. Its a Tamrac Expedition 5, not the new style, I believe it is a 5275. Got it from another member here and love it. I'm hoping I will outgrow it soon.
