I'm looking at picking up a Z camera and some voigtlander lenses. Are there any advantages of getting the Z version vs getting e versions (and using an adapter, I already have some e glass). Specifically, will the e version with an adapter prevent me from using any of the MF tools in Nikon. The advantage of the e version is I can use them on a Sony body as well should I decide to get one later.. Sorry to ask this in an image thread but any thoughts would be appreciated !

Lot of beautiful images, curious to see some portraits with shallow depth of field with 35-40-50mm lenses, thinking to add one for my Nikon Z cameras even tho I do have a beautiful 58/1.4 in F mount, a 50/1.8 in Z mount, a MF Contax in Yashica mount with f1.7 aperture and a Distagon 35 f1.4 but I never really made my eye onto 35mm so I think of myself as a 50+ mm field of view kind of person and a small native but good quality lens for easy/light setup would be really nice even tho I am afraid of MF for my kind of photograph and am gonna train my skills with what I have in the meantime but so eager to see how Voigtlander renders in that dept
The 50APO is often on my ZF and I find the textures/colors very striking. I keep telling myself I don't need the 35APO but a wider lens could have been fun at the fair. All images below with the 50APO at F2:

Here's a couple. Candids but still portraits I think.
all 3 are the 35mm f2 APO
I often use the f mount 58 1.4 Voigtlander with ftz for tighter stuff like portraits too...
