Both parks look great already and a lot of yellow can be seen/photograph already. A few days ago I had an amazing show of Aurora lights while shooting Milky Way. I used my Nikon 50mm f/1.2 at 1.2 to shoot a quick pano while the sky was still red. It truly was crazy red. I've never seen this red before and I wasn't even that far north. Must've been a very high KP number, and intensity of light.
Oh, by the way, I had two cancellations for my Patagonia workshop in 2024. If you're interested please PM me.

OK, here are few of my shots from Canda.Oh Greg these are absolutely beautiful! Outstanding photography!
I doubt there will be much color here in Mary-land due to the hottest summer in history as well as months of no rain.
Many trees have lost their leaves already!
I got OT...OUTSTANDING Fall color!

Maybe Colorado? I’ll be shooting there October 5th til 9th. Predictions are positive and they forecast that time, beginning of October (peaking colors).
Already booked my trip
A fantastic set. Number 1 for me, followed by 4 then 5 and 6. Number 1 is probably the best shot I have ever seen of fall at Bow Lake. You did a great job on this one.

Most excellent! Love #1. Looking forward to the aurora shot.
We were up there a week ago, but I got covid (figured on the shuttle bus into Banff from the campground) and had to come home early before heading up the Icefield Parkway.
