Haven't had much owl shots before so when I had the opportunity to shoot them in Finland now I took a spontaneous trip. One of the main goals was the Eagle owl in natural light now that the days are extremely long, but don't say no to the opportunity to sit in a hide at GGO nest and ural owl nest either. The chicks were a bit smaller at the time han I had hoped though.

Morten, these are spectacular! Wow what a diversified assembly of some really cool owls. I have never seen an Eagle Owl. Your GGO images are sweet. Love that Pygmy Owl! Nice natural framing on the Boreal

Morten this is a great set of varied owl species. I particularly like the food delivery shot, but it was also great to see the Eagle Owl as that isn't something that is in my area.
