I was taking many pictures near Dotonbori river in Osaka during the short stay there in late August.
Here are two pictures of a passing boat, that were taken without much thinking. When I later looked at them, I realized that I captured what must have been a happy moment in the lives of a young couple. I wish the light was better... it was getting dark and the ISO is on the higher side.

Here's a few photos taken while wandering around VA/DC this past November, 2023 (film photos processed in Nov. are from Sept-Oct '23). Including some when I ended up in the middle of the largest pro-Palestinian protest in DC.
