Your tones are just so crisp, clean, and sharp Marcelo! Just fine work! Almost 3D my friend!
Do you mind if I ask what camera you used?
Again SUPER!

Allen, each time I view your images my mind tells me secretly..."what are you doing wrong Dan?"
The tones are just so wonderful! The eye flow from the lighter tones to the darker is like the edge of a razor! Dam sharp, dam crisp.
Now I am NOT trying to copy anyones workflow. It is just that mine has not centered on a good "photo tree(as in family tree)".
Almost 3D!

Thanks and the M 10 Mono is the perfect tool for the way I see and work for sure.
Since my entering into the realm of B&W/Mono, the M10 just shows me what a fine engineered instrument can produce. I am beginning to have the ability to instantly pick out an image shot with the M10 Mono.
Of course who presses the shutter button cannot be ignored either. A craftsman takes his "tool" to the edge and it(camera) sez "Heh! This all you got?".
Just introspection.

Dan I beleive the key is finding equipment that matches ones vision. It can be a long journey to find that answer but once I figured it out I realize I don't need all the stuff but only the stuff that mathces the way I see and work. Once I retire I will probably sell my 2 M 10s (keeping the M 10 Mono of course) and all my glass except the 35 Lux FLE and the 24 2.8 Elmarit asph which is the lens I have been shooting with lately.
When I go out on the streets I only bring one camera and one lens. Lately it has been the 24. And having a single F/L really helps with the vision part for me. Usually the way I roll when I go on vacation to. It keeps things simple and I have gotten to a point where I know pretty much what my lens is seeing becasue I use it all the time. That helped me to become one with camera and lens.

Thanks for the explanation brother!
I too only go out with 1 lens if in a city. Around here photographers are a "target" if the scum of the world are looking for someone to hassle!
Appreciate you taking the time to inform me!

Replies, remarks and a question. Sorry, a bit late in replying, been away, but thank you fotoactvst for the rodeo pictures. And, Jmhsnk, loved that last image in your set and keep going back and looking at it, the one of the Fireman Friendship Festival, but I am kinda partial too. I have a real Fireman's helmet like the kid is wearing, from my dad, he was a fireman on a fireboat in the Baltimore Harbor around where I grew up. The expression on the one lady is priceless. And, lastly, M_Wales, where was the image of the Pilgrim taken, in New Mexico?, it looks like it might have been taken during the Holy Week Pilgrimage to Chimayo?
