Such clean and appealing images! Lovely light and atmosphere. Great job on these! The Mesquite dunes is absolutely my favorite place to shoot in DV. When in DV, I have no need to shoot anywhere else!

Wow Ross, this is a stunning collection. Each image is quite unique, but as I view them at this moment, the first one soothes my soul. Excellent work!
Thank you so much Slav! I agree with you about the first image, there is a gentle, peaceful feel (despite the winds!).

Appreciate your comments Mark! I’m with you on the appeal of those dunes at DV, it seems the photographic work possible there is endless. I find myself daydreaming a lot about being there again, especially during Ohio winter :-)

Nice work on all of these. The last one is my favorite as I've never experienced that. How did your equipment fare? How bout your face?
Thanks Jim! Well, I ate some sand and had it ingrained in my hair. The gear did better than I feared, no sand or grit in the mechanisms.

Very expressive and beautiful photography, Ross. The first image appeals to me the most with the many shades of orange or gold defining each curve and line. Magical and mesmerizing. The other two images stand on their own in beauty and brilliant composition.

Beautiful work, Ross. I am enamoured of the first two for the textures, the ripples of sand, shadows, gentle curves. Extremely well composed -- congratulations!!

The textures on the B&W image are stunning
Thank you @gochargego, I don’t do a lot of black & white but this one image makes me want to pursue it more often.

Thank you so much Victor, I really appreciate your comment! And I totally understand what you’re saying and that has been the same for me for many years, I never felt like I was making the kind of images I wanted to there until this last trip.
