I feel pity for dogs that must live their lives in small, enclosed spaces. Isn't that a Border Collie? Aren't they very intelligent dogs, perhaps the most.

New art installation going up in Columbus - this was only partially erected at this point. Should be pretty neat when it's fully up and the weather isn't hazy (and the street isn't littered with construction vehicles.)
