Irene's review is up and is all that matters for me, anyhow lol.
Pre-Production models may not be perfect. So take these reviews along with a grain of salt.

Just watch portions of that one but for the life of me I can't remember a single thing she talked about for some strange reason.
Did you notice the size of that RF 85mm mounted on the R5! Man, that thing is a beast! Almost puts my 500II to shame.

The girl too
Never mind the girls... Did you notice the blackout between shots of the small dog when she was using the flip out screen (around the 1:45 mark)? That doesn't make me excited...

What I'm noticing is commenting without knowing much about how her camera was configured.
I think it will take a full month to get enough reviews where people are sharing more about their settings and torture tests.

Fair enough. The confusing thing about that clip is that it seems like in a sequence of 6-10 shots, during the first few there was no lag, then there was lag, then there was blackout (IIRC). So it seemed like all three possibilities were jumbled in within a few seconds during one sequence.

She as pressing the shutter at each shot so it was not in burst mode. Perhaps Canon just doesn't apply a lot of blackout reduction for stills.

I知 not watching this. I知 not ready to pay 3k for every lens I need for weddings. Nope. Nope. Nope.
You must not. I tested about a half dozend lenses with R/RP and adapter and they all work as good or better than they did with native EF bodies before. That is what Irene Rudnik mentioned in the video about her 85mm MK1. It is my experience with the mirrorless R-System, too. Just keep your lenses and add one or two RF ones only if you really need them for a job or project.
What I was missing: Irene tested "high ISO" about "500". Sorry but this is far far far bejond high ISO. Its like calling 25 Miles per hower "high speed". For me that sounds more like "base ISO".
I would love to see R5/R6s noise capabilities at ISO numbers above 6.400 (and up to 25.600).

Not sure it mechanical or electronic. Minute 3:21
If they're actually shooting during that dog run sequence (I guess they were because of the flickering border of the image?) and given there wasn't blackout or stutter, it would be electronic shutter. If in mechanical shutter there would be some blackout because the shutter needs to be briefly fully closed before and after each exposure.

I think you are right. And I would say there are no blackouts. They would be visible in my opinion with 20 frames a second and electronical shutter, too.
