Northern Hawk Owl with an unhappy Mourning Dove. 1/1600sec, ISO 1000, f9, A7r4 + 200-600 + 1.4x
Awesome shot. You Ontario guys are so lucky to have this Hawk Owl. We were lucky to have one last winter in Maple Ridge BC. It also stayed in the same spot for a couple months which it seems your owl is also doing. I've heard it's quite the zoo in that sleepy little town of Schomberg with 100+ photographers there each day. We were having 100 photographers a day also with our owl last winter.

Thank you Bill
I have to practice more on bird photography (both on compositions and PP)
almost new to me and it was the second time I used 200-600
I also need to learn more of the best setting for birdshots and AF settings, etc.
But one learns from one's mistakes
I have most photographed macro and landscape and only use MF mostly
