I do, especially when they look that good.
We have no pigeons here. Only Doves. Makes me wonder if exclusive of each other.
Here's a thank you shot because of Geoff.
We went to the wildlife preserve a bit out of Whitehorse...where we walked 4 miles. Nice getting the steps in and admiring the beautiful animals there. Speaking of animals, and in case none of you know me, here's a selfie the better-half shot of me while walking around the preserve. This after cutting 5-6 inches off the beard.

Last May/June we spent 3 weeks in Newfoundland. I looked everywhere, even put out food daily where we'd camp, never saw one.
Had to go all the way to the Yukon to get one ha! This one by Destruction Bay

Geoff, very very jealous of the Stellar's Jay.
I looked harder for them than the Canada J
Saw only one flitting in the shadows of a fir tree in Valdez.
Maybe next time.

Nice shot of the Cup car. Thanks for posting those! I was wondering how the 200-600 would work there.
Thanks rd4tile!
The lens works very well there. But they added a bunch of extra fencing around the whole perimeter of the track this year to accommodate the Indy Car regulations.
As a result, Laguna Seca isn’t as photographer friendly as it has been in past years. ☹️

This thread is one of the most enjoyable. Partly because I didn’t realize how good the 200-600 would be, and partly because it does so well on (seemingly) every camera body.

GSP it is a huge gift from Sony to the wildlife community. And huge as in 4.5 pounds!
I feel, for the cropability challenged a9, it was a Godsend...helping make up the needed distance cropping just couldn't do with that body.
The fact that is does OK with a 1.4TC is just icings on the cake.
