Didn't get good light at Montezuma Refuge today. It was chilly too which seems to have driven anything visiting away. Still caught this guy celebrating a touchdown Cam Newton style
Thank you Rich. Talking about big birds, although not quite as big as the Antonov, this bird came in for landing during the airshow yesterday. The airport was still in operation for regular flight. I wasn't even paying attention when the 747 was coming down.

Great shots, especially #2 & #4. This lens continues to deliver.
Thank you very much! I must say I have not had good hit rate with the A7R3 for shots where two jets fly towards each other from opposing direction. I need a camera with higher FPS and little EVF delay, but I want more resolution. Maybe the A9II?

I finally had a moment to actually use my 200-600 to photograph some birds. There's a tiny bit of motion blur in this shot since it was handheld but the drop of blood on the beak makes up for it.

Thank you Roberta! After seeing so many amazing hummingbird shots here by you and others, I am building my own small hummingbird/butterfly garden in my yard to increase my chance to seeing them more often, but I know photographing the hummers takes more than gears and a garden .
