Rainy night here in Minnesota. Decided to (nervously) take the SL2-S and the 24-70/2.8 out in the rain. Of course, it worked flawlessy even on some less than stellar images.
I quite like the first one. Feel like I'm there somehow.
I just received the Voigtlander 21/4 Color-Skopar. Seemed like a bargain for a small wide angle landscape lens. The lens is tiny and almost looks like a pancake lens on the SL2-S. It was late in the day but here are some initial shots. I'm starting to think you could put a junk lens on the SL2-S and the image would still be amazing . . .
Three from Reffen street food market in Copenhagen.
Reffen is a stationary food market in Copenhagen, Denmark that's open from spring till autumn but closed during the winter months, everything is outside so it's understandable.
The food there is outstanding, restaurant quality or better in many cases and the setting and environment is awesome, starting of with three shots but have some more to come, I shoot "much" rather than "good" there, too much too see and enjoy but will share those I am quite happy with.
If any of you happen to be in Copenhagen during spring/summer I can highly recommend a visit!
Lumix S1R, Sigma 45mm F2.8 Contemporary all shot at F2.8.

A couple of kid portraits with the S1R + Sigma 70/2.8 Macro. As per usual my son does stone face & my daughter does goofy face
Holy s*** your son will become an epic poker player with that stone face. Start teaching him now and retire early
The lens seems to do a very good job at everything else than macro as well.
For those of you who use the HSM, aka older converted Sigma lenses that are no DG DN and made for mirrorless from the start, how do you find the autofocus? I've been very skeptical about them and am holding out for some DG DN versions of them but there are some that are almost too tempting to not look in to.

A kind of car cemetary in the southern parts of Sweden.
A man in the 50's started collecting cars from people who didn't know what to do with their old ones. This was before there was any real sort of scrapyards and ways to take care of them and he decided to take care of them, recycle stuff, use the engines to build him self a small train track to transfer pear on his land which he then sold to farmers.
A couple of years ago it was decided (after his death) to keep the area as it is rather than remove the cars, let nature reclaim whatever there is.
It contains over 100 cars of various grade and many more car parts as well as some (though we didn't find any) parts from a WW2 bomber that went down over Sweden. I still intend to find it so better luck next time
Lumix S1R and the Panasonic 24-105, a real versatile lens. Sometimes I love it and sometimes it gives me weird softness, my guess it's user error in those cases.
