Rented a Leica SL2 for a week and had it for 2 events. Was very impressed with focusing compared to my S1, much more confident to use it in low light situations. Love it!
I've volunteered as a photographer to take pictures of the varsity cheerleaders during football games and events. I've used the SL2 body and the below lenses:
SL 35/2 APO, SL 75/2 APO, SL 90/2 APO, Sigma 135/1.8, SL 24-70/2.8 and Voigtlander 21/1.4 Nokton.

Hopefully this will be useful to photographers looking for samples using these lenses. All images have the EXIF data intact.
Thank you for posting these. They are great. Your low light and indoor shots at 6400 shows how well the SL2 performs at those ISOs even though online reviews led me to believe otherwise. I was debating between the SL2 and SL2S and I think this may have swayed me to the SL2 for its higher resolution for cropping.
Which of these lenses are your favorites? The APO primes look so dreamy.
Rainy night here in Minnesota. Decided to (nervously) take the SL2-S and the 24-70/2.8 out in the rain. Of course, it worked flawlessy even on some less than stellar images.

Thank you!
My favorite AF lenses for the SL2 are the SL 50/1.4 Lux and Sigma 135/1.8 Art. Fast normal and portrait primes.
The 35/90 APO lenses are also outstanding while the SL 24-70/2.8 gives me wide angle and versatility. I also own the Sigma 45/2.8i for its beautiful rendering and compactness.

Nice rainy shots Bob! I am warming up to the SL 24-70.
