I edited my post somewhat, I made a misstake and said all were with the Sigma 45mm which is wrong, I checked the exif. The fourth shot (taco on the plate) is actually with the 24-105F4 Lumix lens. Sorry if I threw someone off.
Did you see a magenta cast at the cornes with the CV 21/4? I get some on the M9 and M10 bodies.

I just received the Voigtlander 21/4 Color-Skopar. Seemed like a bargain for a small wide angle landscape lens. The lens is tiny and almost looks like a pancake lens on the SL2-S. It was late in the day but here are some initial shots. I'm starting to think you could put a junk lens on the SL2-S and the image would still be amazing . . .

I think I might have on one image but it was more of a blue vignette. Otherwise, not really. I'll find some time to do more investigation on that. Otherwise, I am pretty pleased with the lens . . . especially its size!
Found a few images that do not show a magenta cast. I've posted two versions of each. One with no profile corrections and one with profile corrections in Lightroom.

Thanks post posting this. I've stayed away from this lens after seen some samples showing strong magenta corners. That was on the M sensor though.

I jumped on this because I needed something in this focal length for landscape. I had read a positive review of the lens on the SL2. That, along with the price (<$300) and i figured it was a no brainer.

Here is the comparison I saw on the Leica M240 (CV 21/3.5 vs CV 21/4)
Wow, that's a dramatic difference and not what I see on the SL2-S. I ran outside and took two more photos. One wide open at f/4 and another at f/8. No lens profile applied. Looks good to me.

Hi Bob,
I would say that at the very least, these images would benefit from vignetting correction. The corners in particular will open up more.

Rich
Rich - they do open up with application of the lens profile in Lightroom. I purposefully did not apply the profile to see if the magenta cast seen with this lens on an M Body would show up here. Below is the image shot at f/4 with the lens profile applied. It gets rid of most of the vignette (but not all)

Hi Bob,
I have found that I need and do use additional vignetting correction when using lens profiles for a number of my Voigtlander lenses on my Kolari Vision UT sensor modified A7rII.

Me too Rich. Although, depending on the subject, I don't mind some vignetting.
