Playing around with the pre-capture stuff @ 30 FPS .. it does the job although it's jpeg only. I have learned that although I say I want raw pre-capture, in use I probably don't , soooo many files .... sooooooooo many. Clipped the wings , to much lens in this case.

By that pic I’d say you’re a pretty damn good landscape shooter.

Went to our local conservatory today...last week for the butterflies, and they also had a blooming corpse flower, which is pretty rare to see. No real amazing photo opportunities on that, but it was pretty neat seeing a 6' tall blooming flower that smells like rotten flesh. By tomorrow it'll be completely closed up. It blooms for about 24-36 hours then goes dormant for generally 2-10 years. Cool. That shot is with the Z8 and 24-120/4S. Butterfly photos with the MC 105mm f/2.8 S. I also took a few quick bird photos outside today. First one with the 100-400S, second with the 180-600.
