Thank you so much for noticing the compositions! I had to get more creative out of necessity as I didn't have the usual access area(s) for this game, so I put on the 40/2 and did what I could shooting through/over the fencing. The results are completely different but I think I like the greater context captured here more than the detailed individual shots I usually get.
Love this image. I try to not to use this expression as the word has become such a loaded term in photo forums, but for this shot I do feel the image show strong three dimensionality which is really drawing me in to the picture. Great shot.
